About Frame Haven

Twenty years ago Margo and Gesa had their first "good" idea and the Frame Haven Gallery was born. Custom framing was our initial focus and the gallery blossomed as the awareness for art grew in the community.

Now as retirement nears, Margo and Gesa want their many friends to know how blessed they feel for the relationships that have been built through the years. Whatever the future holds, this community will always be labeled “home” in all the most special, meaningful ways.

New owners, Don and Audrey McKanna, possess a similar enthusiasm for the work going on at the Gallery. They are committed to maintaining the same high standards that have characterized Frame Haven through the years.

Sue, our artist in residence, joined us almost in the beginning. She is our master mat cutter, carving creatively to enhance any piece she works on. She can extend an image onto the mat with her gift of painting.

Sharon keeps us "on line", not only technically speaking, though she does do that very well, but when we go too far in our creative thinking she also brings us back to earth. She is an experienced and highly skilled frame cutter.

Recently joining the staff are Chris and Abby. Chris contributes a youthful vitality as he helps out around his busy college schedule. Abby approaches her work in an extremely conscientious and talented fashion. Together, they have added greatly to the strength of our Gallery.

Any of us will always be willing and able to assist you in the Gallery. Please stop in!
